Shipping Information

We ship worldwide and the following is our shipping rates.

Note: Orders of $30 or more automatically get Free Standard Shipping with Tracking worldwide. 

Within the United States
(depending on your location, packages are delivered by USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex):

Standard Shipping with Tracking (9+ days for delivery) is $3.95.

Express Shipping with Tracking (5-12 days for delivery) is $6.95.

DHL Express with Tracking (4-7 days for delivery) is $22.95.

Outside the United States
 (depending on your location, packages are delivered by UPS or DHL or local logistics service):

Standard Shipping with Tracking (9+ days for delivery) is $3.95.

Express Shipping with Tracking (5-12 days for delivery) is $6.95.

DHL Express with Tracking (4-7 days for delivery) is $22.95.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order. If this is incorrect and not amended within the 24-hour amendment period after your order has been placed, there is nothing that can be done, and Paradise Wireless, LLC will not be responsible for this error. Please do always contact us at and we will always try to do what we can to help.

If your permanent address has changed since you placed your order and it is less than 30 working days since your order was placed, Paradise Wireless, LLC will not reimburse customers in these scenarios, as it is the customer's responsibility to collect their delivered order from their old address that they decided to send the order to in the first place. Furthermore, the customer should have accounted for this permanent address change when placing their order.

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Paradise Wireless, LLC. will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
Please note some of our items are shipped from warehouses in Europe & Asia and potentially could incur import taxes. Any import taxes incurred by the customer is their sole responsibility and not that of Paradise Wireless, LLC.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 30 days means exactly that, meaning 30 consecutive days (including public holidays and weekends) and it does not mean 30 working days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, free from visible wear or feature anything that would constitute it having being used in any way, i.e. packaging featuring hair inside, tears on boxing and other visual cues or unusual smells. Items must also still contain all relevant documentation or printed articles that came with them when they were delivered.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore process your refund.

International Orders (those outside of the United States of America) are not eligible for a return. These shipments are final.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This generally takes anywhere from 3-10 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with a video or picture detailing the problem and we will take it from there. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
